- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla fat-free yogurt
- 1/4 cup pitted cherries
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- water (to help blend)
Combine all ingredients except ice in the blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend one more until all ice is crushed. Enjoy!
Note: If you prefer a creamier texture, add about 1/2 tsp guar gum when you add the ice.
