Let’s talk about August.
It’s a month of sunshine, barbeques, beaches, bikinis, and my birthday. It’s also a smokin’ hot month, and we’re about to make it even hotter with an awesome August fitness challenge!
From July 27th to Friday August 24th, I’ll be releasing a new workout every Friday. There will be 5 in total, and each will have its own instructions with options for beginners and more advanced exercisers. These routines are ones that I’ve personally been doing for the past month and have been seeing awesome results, and I can’t wait to share them with you! All 5 will be posted here so that you can check in if you missed a Friday post, as well as on the Workouts page along with every other Fit Bit Friday feature.

Workout 1: Spartacus – Work this circuit into your fitness regime twice per week on non-consecutive days.
Workout 2: The Final Countdown – Do this circuit as part of your regular fitness plan twice per week on non-consecutive days.
Workout 3: All Legs! Use this routine to replace one of your lower body strength training sessions, up to 2 times per week.
Workout 4: The Fab 15 – This circuit can be done 2-3 times per week on non-consecutive days.
Workout 5: The Barbell Blitz – Do this routine 2-3 times per week on non-consecutive days.
