I can’t remember how I came across your site, but I am in love with your recipes. Thank you for posting them. I love all your info about fitness and nutrition also. I am a former college athlete who pretty much never had to worry about eating right to stay in shape until I had my baby. Now I am battling to lose the weight (FROM TWO YEARS AGO) and having to make changes in my eating. Your site has been so informative!
