Here’s the deal: For July, I’m zoning in on my core, and I’d love for you to join me!
Over the course of the month, I’ll be posting 4 different core workouts as part of my usual Fit Bit Friday series. I’ll be sure to add them in here as well so that you can follow along and do them yourself as well. There will be a printable PDF that breaks down the specifics for each, and you’ll require very minimal equipment. Sound good? Let’s do this!
The challenge is as follows:
- Do workout 1 on three different days during week one.
- On the first day, do workout 1 twice through
- On the second day, do workout 1 three times through
- On the third day, do workout 1 four times through.
- Do the same for workout 2, workout 3, and workout 4 for the week after each is posted.
