Greens, pumpkin puree, adaptogens and warm spices come together in this high-protein Vanilla Pumpkin Spice Green Smoothie, perfect for breakfast on fall mornings.

- 2 big handfuls fresh spinach
- 1/3 cup 100% pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice, such as Navitas Organics Essentials Superfood Blend in Vanilla + Greens, or vanilla Vega Sport Performance Protein
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or swap cinnamon if you don’t have any)
- 1 tsp maca root powder
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk, or non-dairy milk of choice
- ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except for the ice in a blender jug and blend until smooth.
- Add ice as needed, blending again until all cubes are crushed.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
