- 1 cup raw walnut halves
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 serving (10g) collagen powder – I used Vital Proteins unflavoured collagen peptides
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 packet stevia (optional, if you want a sweeter nut butter)
Instructions
- Pour the raw walnut halves in a food processor and process until completely smooth. The heat from the friction of the blade will help with liquefying the nuts – just be patient! It should take about 5 minutes.
- Add the hemp seeds and continue processing again until as smooth as possible.
- Finally, add the remaining ingredients and process once more.
- Transfer the nut butter to a small glass jar.
