Bursting with coconutty, zesty lemon flavour, this Low Sugar Lemon Coconut Matcha Green Smoothie is sure to get you revved up and energized for the day.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage, or coconut water
- 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt
- 1 big fistful organic spinach
- 1 serving plant-based vanilla protein powder, such as Navitas Organics Vanilla + Greens Essential Blend
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, roughly chopped
- juice of 1 lemon, plus 1 tsp lemon zest
- optional: 1 scoop Navitas Organics Detox Daily Boost, or your favourite superfood greens powder
- ice
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients except ice in a high-powered blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Add ice to adjust the consistency and blend again.
- Pour into a glass or bowl. Sprinkle coconut, lemon zest and other garnishes on top if you like, then serve.
